Most Common Error Codes (All Models)

• F0 / F1: Temperature sensor fault – check wiring; replace sensor if needed.
• F2: Evaporator sensor error – common in NoFrost models.
• F3 / F4: Defrost sensor or heater issue.
• HI / AL: High temperature alarm – door open too long or poor door seal.
• LO: Low temperature alarm – adjust temperature setting.
• dOr / Door Alarm: Door not closed properly – check hinges and magnetic seal.

NoFrost & SmartFrost Models (2018–2025)

• Excessive ice buildup: Verify door closes completely; check door gasket condition.
• Defrost cycle not working: Unplug unit for 24 hours for manual defrost; inspect defrost heater.
• High energy use: Clean condenser coils regularly; ensure proper ventilation.
• Alarm keeps sounding: Level the appliance and check door alignment.

Chest Freezer Specific

• Not reaching temperature: Ensure lid seal is intact; avoid overloading; check power supply.
• Excessive noise: Level the unit properly; check compressor area.

Integrated / Built-in Models

• Poor cooling performance: Ensure minimum ventilation gaps (as specified in manual).
• Condensation inside: Check installation and humidity levels.
