NoFrost & Energy Saving

The NoFrost system automatically circulates dry air to prevent ice formation.

  1. Operation: The system runs in cycles. You may hear the fan or a gentle airflow noise; this is normal.
  2. Energy Saving Tips:
    • Ensure the door seal is clean and intact.
    • Open the door as infrequently and briefly as possible.
    • Place the appliance in a cool location, away from ovens or heaters.
    • Set the temperature to -18°C; lower settings increase energy use.
    • Ensure good ventilation around the appliance.

NOTE: Due to the NoFrost system, the interior air is dry. Always store food in sealed containers or bags to prevent freezer burn.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Unplug the appliance before any cleaning.

  1. Exterior: Clean with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Interior: Remove all food. Wash shelves, drawers, and interior surfaces with a solution of warm water and baking soda or mild soap. Rinse and dry completely.
  3. Door seals: Wipe clean with water only to maintain elasticity.
  4. Condenser coil (rear): Vacuum gently once or twice a year to remove dust for efficient operation.

CAUTION! Never use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or chemical solvents. Do not pour water inside or over the appliance.
