Specifications

Controls and Settings

The electronic control panel is located on the front exterior of the appliance.

Control Panel Buttons & Indicators: POWER On/Off, Temperature '+' and '-', SuperFrost Button (with LED), Alarm Off Button, ECO Mode Button, Child Lock (activated by holding two buttons).

Temperature Setting: Press '+' or '-' to adjust. The display shows the set temperature. The actual interior temperature may take several hours to stabilize after a change.

SuperFrost: Activates maximum cooling for 24 hours or until manually switched off. The LED illuminates when active.

Alarm: Sounds if the door is ajar or if there is a significant temperature rise. Press the Alarm button to silence it (does not solve the underlying issue).

ECO Mode: Optimizes compressor run time for lower energy consumption in stable environments.

Storage Organization

Organize food for optimal freezing and easy access.

  1. Use drawers for smaller items, frozen vegetables, and prepared meals.
  2. Use shelves for larger items like meat packages, pizzas, and baked goods.
  3. Label and date all packages before storing.
  4. Do not block air vents inside the cabinet.
  5. Allow hot food to cool to room temperature before freezing.
  6. Leave space between packages for air circulation during initial freezing.

Tip: Group similar foods together (meats, vegetables, ready meals) for efficient inventory management.

SuperFrost Function

This function rapidly lowers the temperature to prepare for freezing fresh food, preserving texture and nutrients.

  1. Activation: Press the SuperFrost button at least 24 hours before adding a large amount of unfrozen food (more than 5kg). The LED will light up.
  2. Loading: Once the SuperFrost period is complete (or after 24 hours), load the food to be frozen. Spread packages across shelves/drawers for best results.
  3. Deactivation: The function switches off automatically after approx. 65 hours. You can also press the SuperFrost button again to deactivate it manually. The LED turns off.

WARNING! Using SuperFrost increases energy consumption. Use only when necessary for large loads.

Alarm System

The freezer is equipped with a visual and audible alarm.

Door Alarm: Triggers if the door is left open for more than approximately 2 minutes. Close the door firmly to deactivate.

Temperature Alarm: Triggers if the internal temperature rises significantly above the set point (e.g., due to power failure, door ajar, or system fault).

Power Failure Indicator: A symbol may appear on the display after power is restored, indicating a previous interruption.

Silencing the Alarm: Press the Alarm button on the control panel. Investigate and resolve the cause immediately.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug the appliance before any cleaning. Never use sharp tools, abrasive cleaners, or solvents.

  1. Interior: Defrost manually if ice buildup exceeds 5mm. Remove food, turn off appliance, and leave door open. Speed up by placing bowls of warm water inside. Wipe out water with a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly before restarting.
  2. Exterior & Door Seals: Clean with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent. Wipe door gaskets carefully to maintain seal.
  3. Condenser Coil (rear): Vacuum the rear grille periodically to remove dust for efficient operation.
  4. Drawers & Shelves: Wash with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry completely before reinstalling.

CAUTION! Do not use electrical appliances inside the freezer to speed up defrosting. Never scrape ice with sharp objects.
