Installation & Setup

Unpack and inspect contents. Position the appliance correctly.

  1. Choose Location: Place on a level, stable floor away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation (minimum clearances as specified).
  2. Adjust Feet: Use a wrench to adjust the leveling feet until the appliance is perfectly horizontal.
  3. Door Reversal (Optional): If needed, reverse the door hinge direction using the supplied tool and instructions.
  4. Electrical Connection: Plug into a dedicated 220-240V, 50Hz grounded outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
  5. Initial Standby: Let the appliance stand upright for at least 4 hours before first switch-on to allow refrigerant to settle.

WARNING! The appliance is heavy; use two people for moving and positioning to avoid injury.

First-Time Use

Before loading food, prepare the appliance for operation.

  1. Power On: Plug in the appliance. The control panel will illuminate.
  2. Set Temperature: Press the temperature button to set the desired freezer temperature (recommended -18°C / 0°F).
  3. Activate SuperFreeze: For initial cool-down or when adding large amounts of unfrozen food, press the SuperFreeze button. The function will run for several hours and then switch off automatically.
