Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place in a suitable location with adequate ventilation.

  1. Positioning: Allow at least 5 cm clearance at back and sides for air circulation.
  2. Leveling: Adjust the feet using a wrench to ensure the appliance is level.
  3. Door Reversal (if needed): Follow instructions in separate door reversal leaflet.
  4. Power Connection: Plug into a grounded 220-240V, 50Hz AC outlet.

WARNING! The freezer is heavy; use two people for moving and positioning. Ensure it is not placed near heat sources.

First-Time Setup

After installation, wait 2 hours before switching on for the first time.

  1. Initial Power On: Plug in the appliance. The control panel will illuminate.
  2. Set Temperature: Press the temperature button to set desired level (recommended -18°C).
  3. Activate SuperCool: Press SuperCool button for 6-8 hours before loading food to rapidly cool the interior.
  4. Load Food: Place food items, ensuring proper air circulation around packages.

CAUTION! Do not load the freezer with warm food. Allow cooked food to cool to room temperature first.

Temperature Setting: Range from -14°C to -26°C. Recommended setting is -18°C. SuperCool: Activates for 24 hours or until manually deactivated. Alarm: Sounds if internal temperature rises above -12°C. Child Lock: Press and hold Lock button for 3 seconds to enable/disable.

Tip: Do not overfill drawers. Allow cold air to circulate between packages.

Energy Saving Tips

Maximize efficiency and reduce running costs.

  1. Location: Keep away from ovens, radiators, and direct sunlight.
  2. Door Seals: Ensure seals are clean and intact to prevent cold air loss.
  3. Loading: Avoid opening the door frequently or for prolonged periods.
  4. Defrosting: NoFrost system eliminates manual defrosting, maintaining efficiency.
  5. Temperature Setting: -18°C is sufficient for most frozen foods; colder settings use more energy.

WARNING! Blocking ventilation grills will cause the compressor to overwork and increase energy consumption.

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Use mild detergent and warm water. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

  1. Interior: Wipe shelves, drawers, and interior walls with a damp cloth.
  2. Exterior: Clean the door and control panel with a soft cloth.
  3. Door Seals: Clean gently to remove food residue.
